I'm happy with 85NM /600 watts if I had a battery that'll keep up..... give me some extra range (I'm on a 630w battery), but I'll gladly take 100NM+ and 750w+ and a battery that'll offer more range. Seems to me it's the motor manufacturers offering more NM and watts that's pushing the battery...

Oh yes I only use the finest unrefined natural oils (like whale) and waxes (from rare tropical trees) on my bike and ensure to charge it with a portable wind turbine made of recycled wood and a Victorian cast iron mangle that I carry with me on every ride. 🤣

My bikes been on HT pa03a pedals for a couple of years, brilliant pedals, good grip, tough, reliable and won't break the bank at around £35 pair.

It's no good conditioning, if for example, your shoes are the wrong size for your feet then expecting to run a marathon without problems, or having say, carpal tunnel problems and saying work harder, your wrists are fine, makes zero sense.

And in the age range 16-30 with no injuries, no back, arm or wrist problems and are only going to ride the bike for a maximum of 15 mins at a time.

Another vote for a higher rise bar and importantly more back sweep and Ergo GA3 grips. Oh and don't run to wide a bar for your physical build, for example if your 5'8" (173cm) do you really need 800mm wide bars?
