Ok, motor was replaced with new one, dated July 2021. Now I have another problem. After few minutes uphill riding, strange noise comin from motor (ta-ta-ta...). When I switch motor off, noise is gone. After power on, noise is back. I think, this is not normal. What do you think? 0 – 2 sec motor...

Ok, motor was replaced. Now I have motor dated july 2020 (previous was january 2020j on Kenevo Comp 2021 model. Everything works fine now. No more loud bang when start pedaling.Thanks again for Specialized rider care member.

I have Kenevo comp, but I realy like RockShox Boxxer Select RC fork from Expert. So, if somebody remove this original fork, I am willing to buy it.

Hello, I have 4 month old Kenevo Comp 2021 (ride it cca. 350km). Now, motor is sounding noisly - very loud bang when starting pedal (motor date is January 2020). I started warranty in our local bike shop. I am waiting 14 days, still nothing from Specialized. So, I have new bike and can't ride it...
