Thank's for your reply, yesterday the problem was a small rock got caught in the chain and broke the inner cage...looked at my older systems and they all broke at the same spot ....looking closer at the inner cage I noticed that it was worn thin...strangely this doesn't happen on my manual...

Looking for different options .....what chains to use or what derailleurs are compatible......already broke my 3rd one....was somehow lucky and broke only inner cage. Thanks Rob

Yes Rusty, you guessed right we took the hub out in the shop and it seems that dirt and corrosion damaged the bearings...hopefully only some new bearings.....will keep you informed. Cheers Rob

Hi Rusty, thanks again for your reply ....yes all aligned and spinning freely but as soon I torque up past 4 N.....the pedal is harder to push....something is binding up....bike is already on my truck and going to the shop....hope it's only simple. Will keep you updated.......... Cheers Rob

Noticed that my rear axle was quite loose after my ride, tighten it up to the required 13-14 newton.....but suddenly its hard to pedal...tried to loosen to 4 newton torque and it pedals ok again......any idea whats happening there? Cheers Rob

Hello, I wonder if there is a fix for this problem, my Bosch Ebike Connect is not displaying routes anymore, connects with no problem and records all my riding data as normal. Strangely no routes are displayed anymore. Would be great if anyone knows how to fix this. Thanks Rob

Hi Mitch, just seen your photo of your x-ray......I did both of my heels 7 years ago , also broke T12 and L1....pretty nasty...(paragliding accident)....they thought I will never walk properly again......strangely MTB keeps me pain free...., hope you're pain free now...... Cheers Rob
