Hi, took my year old Giant Dirt E pro +2 in to my local Giant dealer as i was getting slipping in the bottom (smallest) gear. Just been told i need a new cassette and chain (£100) and it is not covered under warranty as it is classed as wear and tear. Does this seem fair as its only covered 193...
