what would the main difference be between my Amflow Carbonpro 2025 and Pivot shuttle AMPT I'm considering purchasing this bike. I am 5'5", weight about 170?

i purchased this bike on sale late 2025. I'm happy but the bike is a little big as I am 5'5" and my inseam is better suited to a "small" which Amflow did not offer. Would it help to bring the bike down a 1/2" or so by having a new wheelset built and go...
