    Is 2400 miles time for new motor? Gen 3 using new app, gradually losing power, much weaker now

    The whining noise on acceleration is getting much worse. Do these motors really wear out that fast? 2400 miles? It seems to slip every now and then into another gear inside the motor. It’s never gotten wet or been abused.

    Whining noise on Turbo Levo Gen 3 motor with 2200 miles

    Any idea how to fix this? The noise is worse on hard excelleration, when climbing hills. Getting louder.
