Buying from ridewill.it (Italy). Anyone on here used them?

I'm based in the UK and am concerned I may be hit with import taxes. Thinking of getting some Shimano FC-M8150 cranks from them to replace the e13's that came on the EP8 shod Marin E2. Anyone know of anyone in the UK doing them for a decent price? Cheers

Unanswered GoPro footage editing. Free and for beginners.

Hello all, just picked up a second hand GoPro Hero 3 Black, had the original Hero and lost it descending Cadair Idris on the fat bike years ago and just never bothered to replace it. Back then good old Windows movie maker was all I needed to put my rubbish vids up on my YouTube channel, but as...

    Unanswered Another Noob Question...BB's...

As I'm coming from normal mtbs to e-mtbs (I point blank refuse to start calling them 'analogue' and 'acoustic' bikes 😁) I am learning all the time and one thing I have no knowledge on at all is how the drive system works? I used to service my BBs myself, quite enjoyed it but I assume there is...

Unanswered ebike specific chains in the UK.

Sorry if this has been asked already. First ebike, still on the original chain - KMC E12S, E-Bike Specific Chain - anyone found a normal chain is any good? or are the forces too strong from a motor? Also - where do you get yours from and how much are you paying? I can get the above KMC chain...

"Suss My Bike" - gone bump?

Friend of mine lent me his Suss my bike gizmo to help set up my new Marin - It's looking very much like they have gone bump - no safety cert on website and the app for your mobile looks like it is no longer on play store (simblee for mobile). Anyone confirm this?

Dare I ask? Ebike specific brake pads?

Never had to buy them before, noticed uberbike do a set. I've had 'normal' pads off uberbike before and the quality was fine, no issues at all. Any one used em on here? More specifically for the SLX Shimano 4 pots (BR 7120). Ta in advance and apologies if it's already been covered (Newbie).

    Finally chosen my first E-bike.

In the end I'd whittled it down to an Orbea Rise H15, a Giant Reign E+2 and a Marin Alpine E2 - so I've gone for the Marin. In medium, set up tubeless on the new Vee tyres as there is a shortage on the specced Maxxis and with a 400lb spring, ordered from the nice people at Dean Forest Cycles...

2021-2022 differences? - worth the extra?

Hello all, still trying to choose my first e-bike. Has anyone found any real differences between last years and this years E-Sommets? (VRS in particular) apart from a paint job? I can get a 2021 now or can wait and pay an extra 500 quid ish for the newer one - thoughts anyone please?

Hello all - total e-bike newbie from Cannock Chase.

Just saying hello - in the process of selling my 2 existing normal MTB's in order to fund my first e-bike. here for advice and to learn! Pics for attention. Finding that age and injury means I'm not getting the most out of mtb at the moment, so hoping the switch to assisted will help. Cheers.
