    Atherton S.170E eMTB

I'm not sure about the way the cables are routed on this bike. Looks like the rear brake hose goes top tube then down the seat tube then exits to rear triangle. Dropper cable looks like it is down tube then exits the motor housing before going up the seat tube. There must be an external seat...

Crestline RS 181.2 thread – builds, reviews, technical info

Also sounds like it will be easier on my Mechanic to route cables when he builds it. I like to keep him happy!

Bosch smart system gen 4 cables

Hi riders Quick question.i have a mondraker with gen 4 motor. Ive fitted the new purion 400 screen with the 900mm Y cable. Problem is as the design of the frame the cable has to do a Z shape inside the frame and the junction hits inside making the cable to short. All the cables I find are male...

Kenevo Gen1 Official 2020 Kenevo Owners Thread

Sounds good, but dont you have to loosen the cable clamps behind the shock? My housing hardly wants to move even when I have those loosened, so its a bit of a hassle, but doable

Velduro Rogue 170/165 mullet Enduro with DJI

Mine begins about abeam the front of the shock mount. I’ve used silicone tape to tie the two cables together, most elegant solution I could come up with. Also used the silicone tape around the speed cable routing on the chain stay to keep it from clapping in the hole.

    Cube 177 Cable routing.

...brakes and derailleur housing on my One77. I managed to route brake cable using cable kit similar to the Park Tool IR-1.3 Intl Cable Routing Kit. However, while routing derailleur housing, connection broke behind the battery. I ended up taking bike to service center, and re-routing housing...

Weird Reversed Stem Geo / Chat

I'm convinced I'd eat crap around tight turns that drop off and the like as I ran out of steering stop. Would love to test one. Also, not certain where to get a spacer that would allow me to run my rear brake cable through my headset routing on my incoming Wild below the top crown.

So is the chain ring as stated, ok but not great for t type? Best to buy a t type specific?

How to replace the rear brake in an Amflow PX

You skipped quite a few steps - on an eMTB it is often necessary to loosen cable guides, drop the motor, etc...

Which bike to go for, Orbea wild m10 or levo 4 evo

How important is factory-authorized Class 3 capability? Is headset cable routing an issue for you? I rode the Wild and I really liked it. I might even consider one if Bosch would unlock Class 3 capability. Put an M2S in a future version and I very well might order one.

How do I get rid of the awful headset?

This is why a run away from One77, the moment I saw that headset cable routing. Told myself, this isn't for me. Now I got SC Vala, with decent internal cable routing.

Handlebar for Rise with internal cable routing (motor/gears)

Fitted one of the OneUp carbon e-bar's to a mates bike - honestly the cable routing was easy with one of those cheap magnet routing kits off aliexpress/amazon and made for a super clean cockpit I was so impressed with the feel of the oneup bars that I got a high rise version for my own bike but...

Ah, so you only get the Orbea remote on the RS version. I should be able to swap the bars with no issues.

Crestline RS 181.2 thread – builds, reviews, technical info

I like to "take my time" with a new build bonding with new components and unleashing their potential with a turn of the wrench! But things are underway of course.. Step 1 - Got the rear brake installed loosely to "root the cable" per the build video. I pulled my 600 battery out and used the...

Wireless droppers that are powered by bike?

Yea this seems like a mist opportunity. Cant understand why they are realeasing so many posts with giant batteries on the top of the post with big stack heights. Surely its easier to have make one with a power cable coming out the bottom where the actuation usually happens.

SRAM AXS Eagle EP Battery Cable Extension Cord Viable on Crestline S180

...with the Kiox 400C on the Crestline needing shop-specific software for activation, I'd expect the same gating behaviour here. The cable routing is the other unknown: the S180 frame is a different animal to the Wild, so you'll want to confirm there's an internal route from the motor port to...

Crestline RS 181.2 thread – builds, reviews, technical info

This is the build thread, Step 2 - Lindsey got her OneUp dropper cable routed and post installed! I had removed the battery trying to be like T on the video, so ended up sliding the cable through first without the battery in. Then zip tied the dropper cable to the display wire to hold the...

SRAM AXS Eagle EP Battery Cable Extension Cord Viable on Crestline S180

...is worth flagging for anyone else reading this thread - that's not something you can self-activate through the Flow app, so booking that in before you start the cable routing saves a wasted strip-down. Good result. The Crestline's frame routing must have been cooperative enough to make it clean.

Orbea Spin Block: keep it or remove it?

Hi You need the IS52 model. Only reason for the spin block is if your bars spin in a crash then the fork may hit your down tube. I just put some rubber electrical tape on the down tube near the battery mounting bolt to protect it.

replacing the shifter on a Scott Patron eRide?

Of course! Sorry - I just replaced the cable on my dropper post, and that was pulled through the opposite way around, so that's what was in my mind! In your case, I would suggest... remove the inner cable first. Swap out the shifter. Fit the old cable and see how it feels. If it's still not...
