My guess is that next springtime we will see some comparative tests Gobao vs. Owuru e-mtbs and maybe vs. Avinox MG.

I guess the second motor has to provide sufficient torque to counteract the force the rider puts on the pedals, unless there is a mechanical lock. Modulating this torque results in the modulation of the gear ratio.

Happened once to a friend (turbo modus driver). Happens regularly to me, but only when I have the spare battery in the backpack. 😁

I could ride an ecvt city bike a week ago (Decathlon with Owuru motor). I'll not swap my Orbea Wild until ecvt mtbs are on the market. To reply to an issue raised in a post above: you are not bind to a fix cadence but you can adjust it on the fly with the remote. Pretty sure gobao and avinox...

Same for me, excepted that my current bike is a 2021 Orbea Wild FS. I was waiting for the Owuru, but seems that we will be able to choose between a few nice alternatives!

Off topic, but as you've been mentioning headset cable routing: Apart from electric shifting and drop posts, to have a quick coupling on the rear brake hose like the one on the ABS would be fantastic!
