I like to flip my bikes over to work on them BMX style, and this activates/ damages my e-bike controllers. Ideas?

I end up buying the Wolftooth bar ends. They protect the switch perfectly when bike is upside down. The bonus is you really feel locked in to the grips when pointed downhill👍.

Does your motor meet the EN 15194:2017 standard

Whether you like it or not, Amflow has double the power. You get the wrong people riding Amflow motors and climbing non-technical terrain is going to be an accident waiting to happen. Especially the riders that only have an hour or less of time to ride. I saw your post on getting KOMs, any...

Does your motor meet the EN 15194:2017 standard

11min mark, his words crazy power, hard to keep the front wheel down, spinning the rear tire on the climb. Almost sounds like he’s riding a dirt bike. I think you are starting to understand what I’m trying to get across. Up hill speed has been about 10mph or less. For the most part, very easy...

Does your motor meet the EN 15194:2017 standard

You are honestly saying there’s no difference between climbing at 10mph vs 20mph on a multi use trail?

Does your motor meet the EN 15194:2017 standard

Yes, 15mph and plus is harder to come to a stop than at 10mph or slower, especially if you get surprised. I don’t believe we need to be going 15mph or faster climbing. That was just a test for me. Most of my climbing is stock setting EMTB+ or tour+, where it’s tough to hit 15mph plus. I never...

Does your motor meet the EN 15194:2017 standard

I have a Bosch Gen 5, updated with the latest upgrades. My turbo is set max everything and I only use this setting downhill. Just for kicks I used it on the climbs. I was climbing over 15mph. For me, this is an issue. I assume an Avinox can easily cruise at 20mph. This in my mind is what’s going...

    2026 Yeti LTE

All you need to do is remove the lower covers (I think 6 torx bolts). Remove front motor bolts, swing motor back and the battery is ready to be disconnected/remove bolts and taken out. I’d say about 15mins or so.

120 Nm update for the Bosch CX and CX Race Announced

My bike Yeti LTE I had to delete the app & reinstall. Got the upgrade May 4th. Slide the sliders from 100nm to 120nm. Notice a slight improvement in power and consumption. Before update in my local riding area in EMTB+ at 0,0. 1hr drained about 48% of 800wh batt. With update Same settings in...

    2026 Yeti LTE

I’m about 210lbs and in EMTB+ I get about 2hr/4,000ft of climbing. My last big ride was 35miles/4,200ft and 3.5hrs long. I rode tour+ at -1/-1 for 1.5hrs of the ride, EMTB at 0/0 for about 1.5hrs and EMTB+ at 0/0 for the rest of the ride. I came back with 7% left of the battery. I’m also...

    2026 Yeti LTE

My medium T3 had 1 blue as pictured. I ended up with 2 blues and up the pressure another 5psi from Yeti’s recommendation. Felt great, but I love tinkering and ended up with a Push coil and a 550lb spring.

    Ebike Support !

Here’s my story. I have a work laptop, iPhone and iPad. No way I’m using my work laptop, so my mom has an old laptop that I need to borrow to do this upgrade. I need to make an appointment to get this done. Before I knew about Ebike doctor, I used Rudy through WhatsApp to change wheel dia. to...

Bosch Gen 5 Rumour - More Power updates coming!

I rode today in EMTB + mode at 93f (33c) and I could feel on some of the climbs, the power wasn’t there. This is the 1st time for me feeling a possible thermal power loss. My previous motors: gen 4 race and specialized brose.

Bosch Gen 5 Rumour - More Power updates coming!

Not all downhills are super steep. I ride Laguna Beach famous Telonic trail often and that particular trail, you don’t need to pedal at all to surpass 20mph. I just looked at my Strava time on that trail, top speed was 30mph without spinning the pedals. But many DH trails will have steep...

Bosch Gen 5 Rumour - More Power updates coming!

I hope this is true! I also hope for the US market, class 3 speed will be an option. I’d setup turbo only to take advantage of the power upgrade, keep the rest of the modes the same. Range is important to me. I personally hit 20 mph, on majority of my downhill trails. One place I ride, most of...

    2026 Yeti LTE

That’s why I cycled the suspension in climbing gears versus DH gears. There was a noticeable difference. All honesty I’m not a super sensitive rider, I may not notice a difference with an anti-kick back device. Especially with KB reduced in DH gears.

I’ve tried 30% with more psi and 25% with slightly less psi With the same results of o-ring at the top. I haven’t tried 35% yet, but I assume I’d have the same results. on another note, I cycled the suspension up and down in the easiest gears and noticed the cranks kick back. Did it again in...

    2026 Yeti LTE

After many rides, this bike is so nice and quiet uphill and downhill. I’ve noticed on my local trails I’m using up a lot of travel almost every DH. I YouTubed how to replace volume spacers, come to find out it’s just like the old float X2. For a medium sized frame stock is 1 blue volume spacers...
