I want a slim form factor and light battery, and a slim/small motor in a lightweight bike that is reliable with great support. That is what I want. Big power numbers are so pointless, to me.

I have one (1) kind of expensive EMTB. EMTBS are not set up for commuting. They are too expensive. They stand a fanstastic chance of being stolen. There no features fo commuting on the ETMB. No reflectors, no lights, the tires are completely wrong (and will get ruined rather quickly on asphalt)...

What are you talking about? I appreciate Bosch limiting the power to 750, because that allows me to compete in E-enduro events. If the maker's official pwoer is higher than 750, then you cannot use the bike in many/most e-races, they usually limit to 750 w except for sea otter, which is anything...

yes, it is very much like the ochain, but the specific engineering is little bit different, but they both work on the same principle.

yeah, I can't tell the diff between my 155s and my 165s except far fewer pedal strikes and a lot more confidence when I need to pedal over roots and rocks.

I believe each bike / most makers have their own flap design, I know my Wild has socket cover that is very effective, it stays put, and is generally water/dustproof. In fact, I find it hard to pull up, and then swivel out of the way, the spring action is very tight.
