power drop above 120rpm is normal, it happens with all engines. however, the m820 is not a full power engine!

at what cadences? m820 is an excellent engine. it gives the most at cadences 90-110. that is more than some brand engines. that's how it works for me on 36v e-mtb firmware. I tried the e-road firmware and it doesn't give much in high cadences. maybe you have e-road FW.

are you using a bafang or custom battery with this firmware?
