    Cheeb issues :-(

Thanks man. I’ve asked the question to melody so hopefully she can reach out to Bafang and get a definitive answer on what the part is 👍

    Cheeb issues :-(

So I borrowed a decent digital gauge from a friend and measured the bearings properly. The 'exact' measurements are 42.99mm diameter, 35.99mm internal diameter and 21.8mm depth. It looks like the KOYO is almost exact, if not slightly deeper by .4mm which I think could work okay. It's just...

    Cheeb issues :-(

Hi, So I've stripped down the M600 motor and removed the clutch bearings - tricky but got there! The smaller clutch bearing is marked HFL1426 and this has now been replaced. Unfortunately, the larger clutch bearing has no writing/model number on it and appears to be a very strange size...

    Cheeb issues :-(

That's great advice - many thanks. I will strip down and take a look. I'll report back once I've replaced the bearings just in case anyone else has the same issue. Cheers and thanks again

    Cheeb issues :-(

That's awesome advice, thanks. Do you know where they can be purchased from? I had imagined that it might be a nightmare trying to source them from Bafang. I'm not really clued up on these things so no idea if they are standard parts or bespoke from Bafang. Cheers!

    Cheeb issues :-(

Thanks for the advice and links. The motor has only done 600 miles so far. Having opened the motor, on inspection, the one-way bearings appeared to be fine as this was my initial thought too. They worked fine when turning by hand. I think it could be electronic as you said. The only other thing...

    New Dengfu E10 with M600

It's probably not too clear from the angle, but the rubber is actually compressed and then shoved into the gap so it's always under compression thus not leaving any gaps at all for stones. They simply bounce off :) I saw your solution and that's a great solution :) I thought I'd try something...

    Cheeb issues :-(

Hi All, I've had my Cheeb for a few months now and loving it. However, I've got an issue that is driving me mad! Over time, the M600 motor has developed a really annoying 'slipping' issue. If I stop pedaling, whether from stopping or coasting, when I begin to pedal, the cranks do not...

Where to buy a Bafang screen??

Hi! Did you purchase the 860 screen? And if so, is it speed restricted, and did it require any calibration or a BESST tool ? I need to upgrade as my eyes are too old to see the standard display. Thanks

    New Dengfu E10 with M600

Nice build. Definitely put some sort of protection in your lower swing arm bushing area. I failed to do that initially and caught a small stone in it. Fortunately, no serious damage was caused but enough to make me realize I had a close shave :) I used an old gym mat, cut out a piece, and held...

    Dengfu E10 - Build-up

Hi, I'm a new member and just wanted to share my experience with the order and build of the E10. So initially I was a bit anxious to order the E10 as the process seems rather unusual. However, having received several rapid response emails from Melody and Dengfu, I decided to push the button...

    Dengfu E10 - Build-up

Hi there, I've recently finished my own build and was experiencing a similar issue to you. Fortunately, the noises seem to have corrected themselves and now it's quiet. Not sure if it was just a 'bedding in' issue or what. I was using parts from my previous bike so it could have been the...
