+ to this. E Thirteen sent a new cassette which was in my hands a few days later. I dont see what the issue is...

Sounds like you might have a faulty cassette. Mine came with the same. Check the serial number on the back. If it starts with a number 26 or lower you can call E Thirteen and they send you a new lower cassette which should allow you to shift through all the gears. There's a thread on here about it.

ah yes its anti slip paste that comes with it. What is that stuff for? Ill get some grease thanks! Which areas do i want to be applying it to from the diagram above?

Do you know if the grease in the sachet that comes with the decoy is suitable for putting on these pivots?

Did your replacement fix the issue? Its crazy they don't check. Do they even fully assemble the bike to test before shipping it?

Having shifting issues on my brand new CF Pro. Wouldn't shift in to smallest cog or the largest cog. After messing with it for an hour or two I can get it to change in to either the top or bottom but not both. It also skips a gear in the middle of the cassette weirdly. I've emailed YT so...
