For sure we like to help, but helping is not fun for us if we do repeat things and answers over and over again and see that you are not willing to understand that your topic is already answered.
So, most questions are already answered.

Please try not to mix physical names with their units.
There is power which is measured in the phyiscal unit W (Watts).
There is energy which is measured in the phyiscal unit Wh (Watts * hours).
There is torque which is measured in the phyiscal unit Nm (Newton * meters).
There is cadence which is measured in the phyiscal unit rpm (rounds per minute).
