what is controller assembly on yamaha PW-X?

This would normally require a new printed circuit board (PCB) to rectify this issue.

what could be the cause

Usually with the codes you have, water running over the PCB is the main issue, but Yamaha boards tend to fail from time to time for no visible reason.

I have it for 4 years, it has 2300 km and I did 300 km in four days working as a glovo delivery when it was 35-36 degrees

Shouldn't normally cause a problem, but as I said, Yamaha PCB can just fail for their own reason.

I don't have time for making videos just at the moment. But, if you follow my old Yamaha PW video, the motors are very similar. The board is relatively easy to change.
