Do your bike have any errors from Bosch diagnose center ?

Do you know why your bike is doing the same as my bike !

How many times have your bike be repaired?

Have you contacted canyon service center near you on the issues?

What did they say ?

I think it a dangerous bike to ride if it cut off to half power

They have replaced on my bike:
2 batteries, 3 cables, new controller, new frame controller, new motor. New rear shock , new front fork, new dropper post. New battery connecter inside frame. Still same half power issues.

It’s like day and night. I can ride 3 km and then low power. But also run 30 km with no issues. It’s like if I reset the battery and ride. It runs. Then after 1 day, I charge the battery and run. After 3 km. Low power.

My bike is also run 10 meter with battery turned on. But the motor is not moving. The new motor

I have contacted canyon in Denmark. They know the issue on my bike. But they can’t fix it. So i have emailed and said all money back. Full refund
I don’t want a new bike or anything. Only money. Bosch don’t know the fault either.

I have no error codes at all, at first I thought it had to do with the battery and that the bracket was loose so it didn't make proper contact, but I have now tightened it so the battery is seated properly and it is the same error.

I have never sent the bike to Canyon for repair, but I have written to support who also thought it could have something to do with the battery.

i also got a new battery latch, and i can tell you it have nothing to do with the battery, i tried 3 batteries. Same shit. My bike did have 22 error codes, you can get to the nearest Bosch bike center at get it diagnosed, it take 5 min and you will get a repport on PDF file

Yea i have the same problem , sometimes it can ride 20 km with no problem and sometimes after like 6-7 km i can feel that i loose power .

I have allso contacted canyon to get a full refund , i dont want a canyon bike

it have something to do with the REAR FRAME PART, as the rear magnet have to connect to the motor threw the frame on magnet field

and i think Canyon maked change in the new frames on magnetic field. that keep the motor on in run

OR!! something is missing inside the frame to the magnet

Yea maby it is the magnet that is the problem. I I have never removed it but maybe i should try to remove it and then clean it

I have a friend that bougt the underdog and it is the bosh motor to and he has no problems at all

One moore problem i have is that when I loose power it feel like the bike drain moore battery to

The magnet rear, does not help to clean, been there to, no MAGNET fault error in the Bosch diagnose error repport

if he have the underdog, why does he dont have issue, HAVE YOU ANY IDEA what can cause the error ??? half power

excatly, the more drain on battery, mine to.. CRAZY!!!!! MY bike can run in Emtb mode 30-35 km and 700-800 evelation / height meter, and 0 % battery then
