Velduro Rogue 170/165 mullet Enduro with DJI

Hi, that is 100% incorrect. There is a new All Mountain bike, The Velduro Vandal that will be premiered at the Malverns Festival this year and available next year, but there is not yet a firm dateline for the launch.

If anyone is going to be racing their Rogue in the Malverns Velduro sponsored enduro event, please email us, [email protected] and let us know.
If you give us your jersey size we will have one waiting for you to pick up from our stand. (With our compliments!)
when can we expect the avinox mg version? 😅

I’ve designed a rear fender for the Velduro Rogue, and it’s available for free to anyone who wants it.
It can be printed in two pieces and, once installed using three zip ties, it stays firmly in place.

Yeah, I really like them. I looked at Berd spokes also, but the PiRope concept convinced me way more. It's a small approachable company with very nice support. I spoke with them because at the beginning I wanted to have specific rims, and they were willing to accommodate me. In the end I went with their standard Aluminum rims (I worked in composite research for a while and know the failure modes. I will never ride composite rims, just a no go with my sloppy riding style). Those were less than 1k€, and with full approval for enduro use they are still lighter than many carbon rim competitors. If you are brave enough for carbon rims you can choose from a wide variety of rims and shave even more weight, but also easily double the price. And you can get the spokes in a lot of different colors, for the eye candy.
Are you running carbon RF bars?

A quick update, the container has been unloaded from the ship and is now at our Chorley warehouse. The bikes and frames are being prep'd today and will be collected by Cycle Courier tomorrow and on Wednesday for delivery through out the UK this week.

Next container arrives later this month.

That's awesome news, thank you for the update. PM'd

My attempts to repair the loose idler pulley with bearing retaining compound have failed.. While I wait for the warranty replacement, which may have to travel halfway around the world to reach Spain, I’m looking for alternatives. I found that the idler pulley from the 2022 Cannondale Jekyll has the same tooth profile and uses a 6903 bearing, 3 mm narrower than the 6903 used on the Velduro. The bearing is retained by a lip/shoulder on one side and a circlip on the other, which is a much more secure solution. If the new pulley is wider than the original in the area that contacts the bearing, it may rub against the chain guide, but I can make a modified chain guide using 3D printing.. NSB makes very good-looking aluminum and steel pulleys for the Jekyll under part number NSB IP0013. I’ve ordered one from a European distributor, so at least I should be able to use the bike until the warranty replacement arrives.

Cool, will likely get on this. Although, I have seen one a Facebook group that someone has designed a guard to mount to the chainstay/lower bridge to guard the motor/lower area and that looks tempting too. I'm no designer but it would be to incorporate the 2.

I think this fender already covers that area, so the other piece isn’t necessary. In fact, in my honest opinion, it could cause mud to build up.

Thanks for the link. Not exactly what I was looking for though. I want to have a little flap that mounts to the seattube to prevent stones etc. to get in between the bridge of the chain stays and the seattube. To prevent the "nut cracker effect" when going through the travel of the rear triangle. Because if the nut is a stone the nutcracker might loose....
