I'm just relaying a friends experience. If you can read outside the box their approach to warranty isn't just on frame bearings. Crack a seatstay? good luck. There's a bloke on youtube who documented the warranty issues he had with orbea on his 2023 wild, including supply chain issues, QC issues on warranty parts and other bits.
For me, seeing a friends experience and a well documented experience on youtube would be enough to sway me. Especially when a couple of lads I know with SC megatower and nomad have had great experiences with SC, would affect my decision making.
One cracked the head tube after a crash on a gap jump on his nomad, paid 550 quid to SC and got a whole new front triangle.
Another needed frame bearings for his megatower, emailed SC with his address, serial number and proof of purchase and had a full set of frame bearings land at his door 48hrs later with no questions asked.
