Hey all,
I'm back with another nerd out, after much too long doing vibe coding...
They say AI makes you more productive, for me it's a massive time suck  Could have made a dozen of these videos in the time I have been faffing with analysis. Still I hope it improves the quality.

Enjoy and let me know what you think?

Problem with this is, the DH22 is a full on DH tyre and you're neither a full on DH rider, nor riding a DH track. So in truth, the answer was fairly obvious before you even began. I'm not sure what else you could have possibly expected.

Yeah, fair point. Usual caveats apply: one rider, one track, one set of conditions.

That said, my riding level is probably closer to most riders looking for a tyre upgrade than it is to a World Cup DH racer, so I still think the test is relevant.

I didn’t feel anything in the test that made me think the DH22 was waiting to suddenly switch on somewhere else. It had similar rolling speed in the flatter sections, but didn’t give me noticeably more grip or performance in the rough, so it didn’t feel like a case of a draggy tyre just needing steeper terrain.

For me, on this track, it was slower and less confidence inspiring than the Assegai. I’ve had great experiences with the leaderboard winning Vigilante on proper World Cup tracks, so that gives me a useful comparison point.
