Just received my cube 144, really happy with it, I already have a full fat ebike and wanted a lighter bike, and i wasn't that interested in the mega power race.
I seen this before at discounted price but managed to pick it up from wheelbase for a great price of £5300, just sold an orbea Rallon as it wasnt getting used and this is it's replacement.

To be used for trail riding and adventures

Anyone have one?

I've got the SLX version and absolutely love it. Just clicked over 2200 miles in the 15 months I've had it. It's my first emtb and, for me, perfect for the trail and xc-ish riding I do. I use a powermore 250 for really big rides and get well over 30 miles and more than 1500m of elevation.

Enjoy

So first ride yesterday, bikes feels really light on the trails, really shows the weight difference between a normal full fat and an sl, picks up speed really well, resistance after the cut off is virtually nil.

So after a year out and only the 3rd ride this year & sill waiting on the knee op the Ride details
Easy one at Carron valley it's a 5 mile loop, and good for bike tweeks

Mark8 what length of range extender cable did you buy?

I've got the 200mm towards the battery holder cable. I bought it with my bike and that's what the shop supplied. I use the lower battery \ bottle mount bolts and I think I could use a shorter one as the cable does a bit of an s bend but it fits fine.

FWIW I asked Cube and they said "You need the 100mm reversed cable to install the powermore at your bike." (I think reversed = away from battery)

I'll be buying a powermore soon for a big trip over the summer so will try their recommended cable and see how it goes.

Cheers guys, that's a help, I have my. Powermore on order, due in at the end of the month, so I will get a cable ordered asap.

Winstanleys bikes have the powermore for £330 if that helps anyone, as I said on back order but a great price.

Cheers
