Maybe just wait for the M3S Wild next year and get a rattle-free motor after they've engineered in the full disengage people keep telling me isn't needed :)
I'm calling it!

other people say the opposite, basically, of what you just said.
literally at the top of this thread are several owners who have worked on the headset/fork, show say it is no big deal. Literally. You didn't bother to read the thread. And just becasue you don't like dont' like and cannot handle it doesn't mean others cannot.

I am interested in the TQ70 (or whatever they're working on) because of form factor, weight, sound etc but you are right about the Avinox. If Orbea can gain access to the 700wh battery like Amflow/Crestline/Atherton, they could have an M2s bike for nearly the same weight as the TQ and you gain the full boogey option of speed laps.
I'd like to try something like that. If they can get it up to 75nm, in my mind that would be perfect. My first eeb was a giant stance with the lower power yamaha, second gen, and it seemed like it had the perfect amount of power and support at 75 nm and 550/600 watts.

I work in cyber security, I know more about them and how they are using data. Sorry, Mate to take your illusion...
I do as well, and every day it's nonstop attacks on our university system from Chinese located servers. Most likely government, they have a long history of attempting, and sometimes succeeding, in bulk theft of academic articles from journal aggregators from behind paywalls.

Owned a 2023 & 2025 Wild, not a professional bike mechanic just an average guy with mechanical aptitude and working on the fork/headset is no biggie at all. Don't understand why someone would rule out such an awesome bike for that reason alone, but to each their own.

Will pull the trigger on the new Avinox powered Wild with custom color scheme once it's available.

Very exciting time to be an emtb fan!

Yeah, I initially ruled out the Wild based on HCR in my initial process but when I continued to look I could see that if covered every single relevant feature/ quality that I needed and no other bike did, so I dove in.
Turns out it's the best bike I've ever ridden and HCR was no big deal and I completely disassembled the bike when new, in fact, I kind of like it if I'm honest.
Based on my experience with my '26 Wild, I think the new one will be the absolute premium standout Avinox offering.

I would like to kindly ask the author of the post @gbcoke to remove the word Mahle from the title, as we know for a fact that the new Wild comes with an Avinox engine.

So we can keep the thread clean and focused on what we know

They had no choice but to ditch HCR, just too much whining about it.

The previous Wild's were pretty decent climbers. Wonder how the new model will ascend?

From what it seems, Travel will be 180/170 with potential option for 170/160.

Trying to decide on which bike to go with for more of a climbing/all-mountain bike.

Got to see the Pivot Shuttle AMP'd in person and didn't like the paint schemes (know that sounds trivial) and have been strongly considering the Mondraker Zendit RR S model (will switch out Fox Podium for Rockshox Zeb Ultimate).

Will need to "upgrade" many of the components to my own personal preference regardless of which bike I get.

From previous experience, Orbea doesn't offer Rockshox suspension components as an option.

170 / 170 with an optional 180 / 170 setup.

Anyone know the geo numbers? Particularly the chain stay length?
Anyone know the geo numbers? Particularly the chain stay length?
Geometry virtually identical to the current Wild, the only real difference being the lower bottom bracket and the possibility of two geometry adjustments via flip chip (high and low).
The chainstay length and wheelbase in size M are identical to the current one.

Hi @Bikerson can you may send me the picture in a direct message?
I can't send you a direct message, because I am a new user (probably) but may be you can...

Otherwise I can share my private eMail with you here, in case you will share it?
I will not spread it out, for sure!

I am happy with my 3 year old Wild, but want something new! Considering to buy the Velduro Rogue, but if the Wild comes next month with the Avinox, that would be my first choice!

Thanks!
