Orbea Wild H30 2024 defect

2025 Wild H20 - just noticed the same problem with my shock. Contacted the shop I purchased it from and they said to bring it in and they would warranty the frame. They told me they have seen this problem a few times.

Hey everyone,

Quick update, Orbea is going to send a new frame with a new Gen 5 Bosch motor and also a new fox shock.
They asked me to keep my 625wh battery since it is compatible with the new motor.
Upgrading to a carbon frame wasn't possible, so I was forced to choose one of the colors available for the 2026 aluminium models.

Even though it wasn't what I desired the most, I'm still very grateful for Orbea's support, they've been great.
Thank you to everyone that took some time to leave a feedback, it helped a lot!

@Onewildbuild how long did this take you to sort out after Orbea factory got involved?
I just got a message that they will start to discuss what to do about my case with the factory. Damn 2.5 months later...

Orbea usually takes only a couple days to reply by e-mail, I have no complaints there.
The time that passed was due to me trying to negotiate a better deal.
I believe that if I accepted their offer right away, it would only take them a few days to settle this.

Right now the deal is done and I'm waiting for the frame to be delivered.
Due to my work, I won't be able to pick it up this month so I asked them to only send it in June.
When that time comes I can let you know if they kept the agreement or not.

Sorry, I know this isn't very helpful but my case is a little specific.
Also, I'm from Portugal... I believe that being so close to Spain may help in situations like these.

I received a mail today from our Orbea distributor asking whether I want a Wild H20 or a Wild ST H20, plus what colour and size.

Seems like I might be getting a brand new complete bike from Orbea.

Fingers crossed.

Edit: sry for posting my case in your thread. But it seems like you already got your's sorted out :)
