Hey guys, new to eMTBs and recently got myself whyte kado s 800. Been out on it once so far and absolutely love it. Ive already changed handle bars to higher offset which made it a lot more comfortable. Although feel like brakes need upgrading as well as tyres. So im open to suggestions. Its my first 29er and it has a lot of potential.

Welcome to the forum. Unless the tires are truly horrible, I’d run them until they’ve worn out. For replacements, the Schwalbe radials are solid choices. I ride in the desert and the Albert’s perform exceptionally well.

Only just come across your post, is that a Kiox 400 you have on the top tube instead of the led controller ? If so I’d love to see some more photos of it fitted to your bike as I was looking at this for my Whyte Kado S

Yes indeed it's kiox 400, I had to get an adapter for it from Ridewalker as there's no recess in the frame for it unfortunately. It looks a tad ugly like this but it works otherwise.

Thanks for the reply, anymore pics ?
