Ok couple months back this bike just started randomly turning off mid ride, figured out it only does this while the external booster battery is plugged in. now every time i plug in the booster battery and do a few pedal strokes the bike turns off or sometimes it will not power up. If i leave the booster unplugged the bike works perfectly. I left this bike at a LBS for 3 plus months and they kept saying its a software update issue but could not correct it, Anyone have experience with this before and correct? other than this it has been an amazing bike. 2020 Norco Range VLT E7000 with the external booster. NO error codes for this either
