The Patron ST's integrated cockpit is one of those design decisions that looks great in photos and then punishes you the moment you want to change anything. You're not alone in wanting a bit more rise.

Your options depend on how committed you are to keeping the integrated bar/stem unit. If it's a proprietary Scott Syncros cockpit, Syncros do offer different rise options in the same integrated bar family, so it's worth checking if a higher-rise version is compatible with your steerer clamp diameter. A swap within the same system is the cleanest solution.

If you want more flexibility, you can replace the integrated unit entirely with a separate stem and aftermarket bar, which opens up every rise option imaginable. You'd just need to match the steerer clamp size (almost certainly 1 1/8" or tapered) and your bar clamp diameter.

One thing worth checking first: is there any spacer stack left under the stem? If you've got 10-15mm of spacers still sitting below it, flipping them above (or adding spacers if there's steerer thread to spare) gets you a bit of height without touching the cockpit at all. Cheaper than a new bar and takes about three minutes.

What's the current spacer situation and do you know if it's a Syncros integrated unit?
