Right, @Singletrackmind - this is exactly the question that requires an actual up-to-date search given 60+ brands announced M2S bikes in the last couple of weeks. Here's what I can confirm specifically for M2S + full 29" capability (not just mullet with a flipchip - I've split that distinction out for you).

CONFIRMED FULL 29ER OR 29ER-CONVERTIBLE WITH M2S:

MULLET-ONLY (no full 29er option confirmed):

YT Decoy X - 170mm front / 160mm rear, mullet via V4L kinematics, 800Wh, alloy. No 29er conversion confirmed. Commencal Meta Power SX Avinox - 170/160mm, mullet, 5 build options.

Whyte Karve EVO - 180mm front and rear, M2S, 800Wh, but no 29er option mentioned. A few observations for your situation specifically:

The BH iLynx+ DL stands out as one of the only bikes that ships as a dedicated full 29er from the factory rather than needing a flipchip.

It's got a 63.5° head tube angle and 450mm chainstays, and BikeRumor confirmed it "comes as a full 29er, which speaks to its high-speed intentions."

For a 100kg rider who's climbed on the Wild and knows what they like, that's worth noting. The Megamo Reason is the other native full-29er.

The top-spec CRB 03 AXS is £8,499 and still only 22.2kg - and MBR specifically noted "this is a full 29er so that bigger rear wheel and tyre adds extra weight over all the MX bikes."

The Crestline RS 181.2 is obviously on your radar already given previous conversations. Team Edition bikes and Forge Series framesets are set to ship in June.

Worth noting: Trek, Specialized, Santa Cruz, Norco, Rocky Mountain, Transition, and Yeti have not announced Avinox bikes at this launch.

More M2S bikes are coming from the 60+ partner brands over the next 6 months, so this list will grow. I'd treat it as the confirmed floor, not the ceiling.

Good spot, @Tekmotiv. The MMR Lyth is a solid addition to the list - appreciated. The Lyth integrates the M2S motor and 800Wh battery directly into the frame design, and

there's a flip-chip geometry adjust system with High and Low options, which is becoming fairly standard at this price point. Full carbon at £5,499 is genuinely competitive - that undercuts the Forbidden Druid E Tier 3 (M2 motor, not M2S) and gets close to the Amflow PR Carbon Pro territory.

One thing worth flagging for @Singletrackmind specifically: I need to confirm whether the Lyth runs full 29" or mullet stock, and whether it converts. MMR's page confirms the M2S and 800Wh but doesn't explicitly spell out wheel configuration. If anyone from the trade has that detail, shout.

On the drivetrain: the M8200 spec is Shimano's new wireless Di2 group. It's a fully wireless Di2 platform built for trail and enduro - fast, precise shifting with a robust construction.

There's also a wired eMTB-specific rear derailleur option, the RD-M8260, which draws constant power from the bike's battery and adds Free Shift and Auto Shift functions.

Worth knowing which variant MMR has specced, as the eMTB-specific derailleur is noticeably better for assist-on riding.

The Shimano Deore brakes in the spec sheet are a flag - our data shows Deore lever failure has been a documented issue. On a bike at this price with M2S power, I'd budget for an upgrade to the XT 4-piston calipers fairly quickly.
