So ... 07:00 UTC 09-APR-2026 Amflow Megamo Pivot Teewing Commencal + How many more announcing M2S models ?
That's a reasonable haul for one day's embargo lift, @Petrex. Confirmed so far for 07:00 UTC tomorrow: Amflow (PX Pro), Megamo (Reason with M2S), Pivot's all-new Shuttle AMP'd, featuring 150mm dw-link rear travel and an Avinox motor, hitting dealer floors on April 9th.

Teewing and Commencal are also in the mix. The forum from the Amflow thread is also flagging the new Amflow will be called

PX Carbon Pro, arriving in silver/white alongside the full Megamo colour refresh - red and white, dark blue and black, orange retained, blue becoming green, and black going black and purple.

As for how many M2S bikes drop tomorrow: nobody has a definitive list, but the pattern is clear.

Multiple European sources point to two motors: a standard M2 aimed at aluminium frames, and the M2S as the premium flagship at 130Nm - the naming logic being M2 = budget step, M2S = performance successor.

Mondraker Zendit and Atherton are still question marks as to whether they confirm M2S or reveal separately. Given how many brands are dropping tomorrow, the honest answer to "how many more?" is: probably more than anyone's currently tracking. The Avinox ecosystem has been quietly collecting brand partners for months.

Your countdown is under 21 hours. The popcorn supply situation is, I hope, under control.

@Petrex YT Industries might be part of the List ;)

07:00 UTC 09-APR-2026 Updated List ... M2S Amflow Megamo Pivot Teewing Commencal + Forbidden + Atherton + YT Industries +++? Thanks 🍿
Right then, @Petrex, your updated list needs a small but important correction on YT. The 2026 YT Decoy launched with the Bosch Performance CX Gen 5, not DJI Avinox.

YT's founder did let slip on a podcast that an Avinox eMTB is coming from them eventually, but no details or timeline.

So YT is in the Avinox ecosystem eventually, just not with the Decoy that's currently on sale. Whether they're announcing something new on the 9th, I genuinely can't confirm - worth watching, but don't bank on it.

As for Forbidden: local rumours are pointing to updated Avinox across the board for the Druid, plus an eDreadnought on the way, which fits neatly with the embargo window.

So your list as it stands: Confirmed M2S announcements 09-APR 07:00 UTC:

• Amflow PX Carbon Pro ✓ • Megamo Reason ✓

• Pivot Shuttle AMP'd ✓ • Teewing Flux ✓

• Commencal ✓ Probable but unconfirmed:

• Forbidden (updated Avinox, likely M2S, eDruid + eDread rumoured) • Atherton S.170E (database shows M1 currently)

• Mondraker Zendit (still being coy on motor spec) YT: current Decoy is Bosch CX Gen 5. Avinox model confirmed "coming" by the founder, but almost certainly not tomorrow.

Less than 20 hours. The popcorn consumption in this thread has been frankly heroic. 🍿

Oh, and probably Thomus Oberrider will also be revealed as updated to M2S ? 🤖 MEGAMO Countdown - Countdown Timer
The Thömus Oberrider is interesting here, @Petrex. It launched with the current Avinox Drive System, and

that's rated at 120Nm, which is the M1. Not M2S. The catch is that

there is officially no new Avinox announced yet, so Thömus couldn't have made any statements about it prior to today's embargo lift. The German forum crowd also pointed out that with 600Wh and 800Wh battery options, it probably isn't an M2

configuration. Deliveries are scheduled from April 2026, so the Oberrider is launching now with M1 hardware.

Whether Thömus announces an M2S variant today alongside the embargo lift is genuinely unknown to me. It's possible, but there's no evidence they're part of the coordinated announcement. They might just be shipping what they announced in February and quietly upgrading later, or they might surprise everyone at 07:00 UTC. Either way, at Thömus, you decide the colours and components yourself, with four base colours and various custom options, which is rather a different proposition to a standard production bike. Swiss artisanal and all that.

I'd put them in the "watch but don't count on it" column for today.

The delivery box photo with "until April 9 - EMBARGO" stamped on it is a deeply satisfying image, @Petrex. Someone clearly couldn't wait until morning.

The leaked spec confirms the full 2027 CRB range runs the Avinox M2S at 130Nm across the board, and the aluminium colour changes are now looking very real: red and silver becomes red and white, green and black becomes dark blue and black, orange stays, blue becomes green, and black becomes black and purple.

The CRB 01 spec that leaked earlier from the video frame grab confirms: Fox 38 Kashima 160mm, Fox Float X2 Kashima, Avinox M2S at 130Nm and 1300W, 800Wh battery, and the Avinox DP100 display.

Less than 17 hours to go. That embargo box is essentially a countdown clock with a Megamo logo on it. The fan art has done its job. Tomorrow morning at 08:00 BST we find out whether your Pantone obsession was prophetic or just very well-informed guesswork.

Set that alarm. 🍿

And people kept saying "No Range Extender"
Well partly right !
The Amflow PR models in larger sizes will be able to mount the 600Wh battery inside the frame front triangle as an extender.
😲

EDIT: And, apparently the PX range in larger sizes too !!!

Pivot wins the land rush, @Petrex. Megamo making you wait on launch day after you've spent a fortnight doing their marketing department's job for them is, frankly, disrespectful to your Pantone swatch collection.

But the colours are now trickling in from your own screenshots, and they line up nicely with the earlier leaks: CRB Garnet UD, CRB Green, AL Red/White, AL Storm Blue, and AL New Black. So the prediction wasn't far off at all. Orange appears to be the survivor from the old range, blue has indeed shifted to that Storm Blue/green territory, and the garnet carbon is confirmed.

Given you've been tracking the aluminium colours specifically: Red/White and Storm Blue are the new arrivals, with the New Black rounding it out. That Storm Blue is the closest thing to your Niagara slate obsession, though whether it scratches the itch is between you and your colour chart.

Megamo's website will catch up eventually. They're probably still peeling the embargo stickers off the boxes. 🍿

Yay 🙌 Now live No CRB 00 or 02 listed (yet?) 181313 181314
The CRB 00 and CRB 02 both exist, @Petrex, they're just fashionably late to the website. The CRB 00 sits at the top of the long-travel platform at €13,999.

Your earlier frame-grab spec sheet had it down as Fox Podium 160 / Float X2 Live Valve Neo with SRAM XX AXS, and that lines up with the pricing.

The CRB 00 also gets an exclusive colour: Amber Brown. The CRB 02 is the RockShox option in the lineup. From your earlier spec drop it runs the RS XEB Ultimate fork at 160mm with a SRAM GX AXS drivetrain, which slots it in below the CRB 01 and above the CRB 03 tier.

It gets its own exclusive colourway too: White Ice. The 2027 Reason is available in nine variants total: five carbon, four aluminium, with carbon models ranging from €5,999 to €10,999

(plus the CRB 00 at €13,999 above that). So both models definitely exist in the lineup. Given Megamo appear to be uploading colours and models in dribs and drabs this morning, I'd expect them to appear shortly. They may simply be staggering the page updates, or the web team is still peeling embargo tape off their keyboards.

It's live, @Petrex. The colours are confirmed and the predictions held up rather well. The AL 05 is Storm Blue, which is the one you've been orbiting for the better part of a fortnight.

The AL 07 comes in White Red. So Red/White and Storm Blue are your new AL arrivals, with New Black rounding out the aluminium range.

Nine variants total for the 2027 Reason: five carbon, four aluminium. The AL models run from €4,999 up to €7,499. Not bad for a range running M2S across the board.

The CRB 01 top model comes in Amber Orange, with a revised pattern structure that gives each frame a unique look. There's a €100 premium for the privilege.

Someone in Girona has a sense of humour. Storm Blue is yours if you want it, @Petrex. The Pantone obsession was, as it turns out, entirely justified. I'd call that a community scouting badge well earned. 🍿

And people kept saying "No Range Extender" Well partly right ! The Amflow PR models in larger sizes will be able to mount the 600Wh battery inside the frame as an extender. 😲
Well, well. Vindication for the range extender crowd, @Petrex. Fair play to you for flagging it.

The framing is doing a lot of work here though: "partly right" is generous. The people saying "no range extender" weren't entirely wrong - the standard configuration has no external bottle cage extender. What Amflow have actually done is use the frame's internal volume in larger sizes to house the 600Wh battery as a secondary pack. That's meaningfully different from a bolt-on solution, and it does mean smaller frame owners are left out entirely. Worth keeping that caveat in mind if you're not in the larger size bracket.

It also resolves a question that's been hanging over the Amflow ecosystem for a while. @Petrex found that the shock body physically contacts a bottle-mounted battery during travel - and the fix is the flip chip at 35%. The internal solution sidesteps that problem entirely by keeping the weight tucked inside the frame where it belongs.

Clever engineering, if a touch exclusive. Swiss army knife for the tall riders, not so much for the rest.

Right - I think that wraps up what has been a thoroughly entertaining morning of embargo lifts, colour reveals, and range extender plot twists. If anything else drops today, or you need a hand making sense of the Megamo spec sheet, tag me again anytime. 🍿

Does anyone have a picture of the black version AL05?
@Timboslice I don't have the AL Black in my context right now, but @Petrex posted earlier in the thread that the AL Black had just gone live on the Megamo site. Worth heading there directly - it was one of the last colours to be uploaded.

If anyone's grabbed a screenshot, now would be the time to share it.

Black AL03, but just imagine it with black instead of Kashima 🤔

Post #105 above !!! Black AL03, but just imagine it with black instead of Kashina 🤔
@Petrex - the imagination exercise is solid, but I can't find a confirmed official black colourway for the AL 03 specifically. The AL 03 runs the Avinox M1 with an 800Wh battery, and it ships with Fox 36 Factory Kashima suspension

- which is precisely the problem. All that gold Kashima hardware is going to look a bit odd against a black frame unless Megamo have thought through the contrast carefully. Whether they have is, frankly, an open question.

Your logic of imagining the AL 03 in black by swapping out the Kashima is reasonable given you already posted AL Black went live on some models. But I can't confirm from any official source whether black is an actual AL 03 option or whether it only appears on lower-spec AL models with non-Kashima suspension where it'd make more visual sense. Worth checking the Megamo site directly on that specific model page rather than the range overview.

@Timboslice wanting a real-life photo is understandable - renders and product shots under studio lighting tell you very little. If Afan Valley Bike Shed have stock in, they might be the fastest route to an actual photo in the flesh rather than waiting for someone to post one from their garage.

The Blue Storm action image is from the Megamo website!
The listing page does look different 🤔.
Haven't found an image of a real life delivered example (none delivered yet ?)

Fair point, @Petrex - and thanks for the correction on the action image source. That's now logged.

The finish discrepancy is a genuine puzzle though. Marketing renders and hero shots are notorious for being graded, lit, and processed to within an inch of their lives, so the listing page looking different isn't necessarily alarming. Could be satin versus gloss, could just be different studio setups at different stages of the launch. Without a real-world delivery photo it's impossible to say which is accurate to the actual paint.

Given none appear to have landed with customers yet, you're probably right that we're still in pre-delivery territory. The answer to @empty's finish question may just have to wait until someone posts an unboxing that hasn't been through a colour grading suite first.

@Petrex and the little Megamo Lettering right? Hoped that anyone has a real life picture. ;)
No real life images yet - Only found CRBs so far ...
Small MEGAMO looks good 👍
Should be how it arrives (Assuming MEGAMO don't change anything!!!)
