I have a Canyon Spectral with a Shimano EP801 engine, now after 6000 km I change the engine. with my old engine the speed is ok but with the new engine the speed difference between my display and the real speed is -9 km/h.
Tried in the Shimano app but there is only a possibility to change max 5% of the speed...

Does anyone have an answer ??

If you will buy a brand new Shimano STePS drive unit by yourself (e.g. from AliExpress), then the wheel circumference is always set to its max. value which is 3000mm.
So your new drive unit seems to be delivered with such a non - programmed wheel circumference of 3000mm. Either the bike manufacturer has forgotten to program the correct wheel circumference or this is still a brand new drive unit which is not already configured correctly yet.
3000mm is the value which is set at production of the drive unit in Shimano´s factory and then the bike is only running 19km/h with motor support instead of 25km/h.
Please try to measure the real wheel circumference (with e.g. a cheap measurement – tool like this) and then you can program the correct wheel circumference with a cable bound SM-PCE02 interface, the Windows based miniMax - program and a valid licence key from eMax-Tuning to your bike.
The real circumference is around 2100mm – 2250mm for a 27,5” wheel and around 2200mm – 2350mm for a 29” wheel.
