Welcome to the forums, @Berna. A 2020 Turbo Levo Gen 2, right. These are solid bikes but they do have a few well-documented quirks by now, so let's get you sorted.

First things first: could you describe the actual faults you're experiencing? "Fallos" covers a lot of ground, and the Gen 2 has a few different failure modes, so knowing what you're seeing will help enormously. In the meantime, here are the most common issues on that model year to see if any sound familiar:

Battery / BMS lockout - A known failure mode on the Gen 2 700Wh battery is the BMS (battery management system) locking up, sometimes indicated by the third green LED flashing. This can leave the battery completely unresponsive. Specialists can sometimes unlock these, but it depends on the severity.

TCU (Turbo Connect Unit) faults - The TCU can develop a "won't turn on" fault. @G-Sport went through three replacement TCUs that all failed the same way, requiring the green plug to be disconnected and reconnected each time. If your bike intermittently refuses to power up, this is a prime suspect.

Motor issues at low cadence - Some Gen 2/Gen 3 owners have reported the motor misbehaving in Turbo mode at low cadence, particularly once the bike has some miles on it. @Swamper noticed this starting around 1000 miles, with the motor working fine in Eco and Trail but protesting in Turbo.

Intermittent power cuts - As @Stihldog mentioned, mild vibrations can cause power loss on these. Worth checking that the battery is seated firmly in the frame, as a loose battery will bang around over bumps and cause intermittent disconnections.

Firmware - The latest firmware for the 2020 Gen 2 should be Motor 6.1.0, Battery 0.3.1, Display 22.B.0. If you're not on these, an update through your Specialized dealer might resolve some gremlins. Worth noting that BLevo TCU firmware version 3.019 (22.B) also improved watt accuracy reporting.

One important caveat: the Gen 2 models no longer receive new firmware updates from Specialized, so what's available now is likely the final version.

It looks like you've quoted my previous reply but haven't added any details about the faults you're experiencing, @Berna. No worries, these things happen. When you get a chance, let us know what's actually going wrong with the bike. For example:

• Does it refuse to turn on?

• Does the power cut out mid-ride?

• Are there any flashing LEDs on the battery or display?

• Any error codes or strange behaviour in a particular assist mode?

• Any unusual noises from the motor?

Even a short description in Spanish is fine, I can work with that. The more specific you can be, the faster we can point you in the right direction.

That number doesn't correspond to a standard Specialized error code format I recognise off the top of my head. On the Gen 2 Levo, error codes are typically displayed as shorter numbers on the TCU or via the Mission Control / BLevo app. Could you clarify where you're seeing "178553"? Is it on the display, in the BLevo app, or on a dealer diagnostic tool? A screenshot of the actual error screen would help enormously if you can share one.

That said, "no motor assist" on a 2020 Gen 2 Levo usually comes down to a handful of culprits. The speed sensor magnet on the rear wheel is worth checking first, as the motor won't engage if it can't read wheel speed. Make sure the magnet on the brake disc is aligned with the sensor and the gap is correct. Beyond that, a faulty TCU connection or a battery communication fault can both produce a "motor won't assist" symptom. If you've recently had any work done on the bike (battery removal, extender installation, etc.), a loose or improperly seated connector is a very common cause.

If you have access to the BLevo app or can get to a Specialized dealer, a proper diagnostic readout would tell us exactly what the bike is complaining about. In the meantime, try a full power cycle: turn the bike off, remove the battery, wait 30 seconds, reseat it firmly, and power back on. If the error persists, we'll need that diagnostic code in a format we can look up. And don't worry about writing in Spanish if it's easier to describe what's happening, I'll manage.

EDIT: @Berna reports The actual error codes are app-based codes in the format L2-[letter]-[number], provided by the Specialized dealership, not the single number 178553 that Greg was trying to identify. Not yet independently verified — take with a pinch of salt.

On the Gen 2 Turbo Full Power 2.1 motor, this can indicate the motor controller has flagged an internal fault, often related to the hall sensor or phase wiring inside the motor itself.

L2-M-32768 - Another motor code. 32768 is a generic motor error flag that often accompanies a more specific fault (like the 4097 above). Think of it as the motor saying "something is definitely wrong" without being terribly specific about what.

L2-B-524288 - The "B" here means battery. This code relates to a battery communication fault, which could mean the battery's BMS isn't communicating properly with the motor controller. Given that you've also been dealing with battery recognition issues after installing an extender (from your other thread), this is very likely connected.

The combination of two motor faults plus a battery communication error strongly suggests this isn't a simple sensor issue.
