At Eurobike 2024, we launched a new E-gravel frame that fits the M820 36V motor and 360wh battery.
Experts are welcome to give their opinions and suggestions!
If there are bulk customers interested, we can design and produce similar frames fit for other brand motors for you. We also have contact information for mid-drive motor versions of Mahle motors.

I don't know the efficiency but congratulations for the innovation on suspension stays.

Hi @JimLee-Lightcarbon , what would the price to Europe? And also availability ?
now only size M is passed the tests, The current production is not high, so the delivery time is relatively slow.
ship to Euro about USD$830 including all duties, the correct price according the address and post code

I'm going with the momentum. Hello @JimLee-Lightcarbon, what would be the price for Brazil? Do you have an availability forecast? What sizes and geometry?
Ship to Brazil, the shipping cost is high, and taxes is very high, so now the buyers from South America usually ship through their agents in China.

No expert, but please make speedsensor with magnet attached to brake disc instead of spoke. Same goes for all the other frames as well of course.
You are talking about two different speed sensors.
To install it on disc, it usually requires enough space at the end of the frame, which is generally not done on road frames.

Thanks!
We have tried this micro suspension system on non-electric gravel frames and the customer feedback was very good; so we continued it on the new E-gravel frame.

Can M820 and this frame have a front dérailleur?
Currently I ride Fazua bike with double chainring.
Looks comfortable frame for flat bar commuter bike.

It is not recommended to install a front derailleur, as it may cause the shift to be too far apart to be effective. Ebikes usually don’t need a front derailleur

Thanks for posting this here. The frame certainly has a great design, congratulations for that. Is it possible to mount a fender and/or rack, considering the rear suspension?

Great
yes, mounts for fender and shelves
Great, thanks for posting. What is the max. load, that I am allowed to put on the fender?

Am I right to assume, that I can't use the fender mounts above the axle, the fender mounts close to the saddle, and the fender mounts close to the BB for a single fender rack/rack combo - considering how the suspension works?

I would like to mount such a fender/rack combo to the bike, is that possible, or would that lock the suspension from moving freely?

Also, is there a chance to get another fork, with gussets for bike packing?

Just ordered one. Thanks for your help, Jim. I will be setting it up with flat bars (easier on the arthritis in the hands). I will post the build if anyone is interested.
Very interested in what you will have to report about the frame.

@JimLee-Lightcarbon, it would be great to know the max. load capacity, if one mounts a rack to that suspended rear triangle. :)

Looking forward to your build and thoughts, especially on the suspension!

have you been riding the bike? Any thoughts? photos?

The gravel bike rides really well. Handles great and is quite comfortable. after about 400 miles of mostly pavement I was happy with frame but very unhappy with m820 motor. Took the motor and battery and put it in an emtb for my wife. I am going to sell the medium frame and fork.

Any more info, why were you dissatisfied with the motor= I am currently looking for gravel ebike with Mahle x35 or with M820, i was leaning towards m820 since it has torque sensing and mahle does not..

What is the rear suspension like? Does it make a difference?

I had a Orbea Gain with the x35 and although light and fun, power and versatility (ability to change wheels) was lacking. I found the M820 rather noisy. I also found it hard to keep up with my wife on climbs with her orbea denna.

Yes it does make a very pleasant difference. Compared to my wife's full carbon orbea denna the ride was much easier on my authritus. It's not enough to be moshey but enough to take the edge off. Perfect for gravel.
