Shimano Di2 integration with Bosch 2025 - Pairing and Operating procedure

Hi,

I successfully integrated the new Di2 derailleur (RD-M8260 + EW-PS300) and shifter switch (SW-8250) with by Bosch CX Gen 5 drive unit, but it was a very long and painful discovery process, mainly because the documentation is AWEFUL, the pairing process is complex and the sequence unforgiving. And the operation is totally undocumented (i.e. the function button on the switch (SW-8250) to change mode (M, M+, A).

So I wrote the procedure for this integration in the hope it may save you a lot of time and headache.

Fair play. Where did you buy all the parts?
The 8260 is out of stock now here but looks like the guts of €500 for the upgrade.

How are you finding it now a month later?

How's the clutch, is it strong enough so that the derailleur doesn't hit the chain stay when riding downhill or over rocks?
