I charged my 2022 Turbo Levo last night for a ride today, and when I tried to head out I got error codes and it turns right back off again. One of them looked like the TCU battery was low, so I changed that, but no luck. I hooked the battery up to the charger and it charged for about 30 seconds and stopped, mostly because it already had a full charge. I thought maybe it was the motor cable, so I took off the cover and found where the plug to the motor was, disconnected it and checked for continuity. All good. I talked with the dealer and the mechanic suggested I take a small magnet and clean off the contacts on the battery. He said he's seen where small filings can accumulate on the magnetic connectors. I did get some, but no dice with that either.
One of the codes is for battery error, but the other one I don't see a legend for. I thought it might be the TCU battery low, but it's different. I'm off to the dealer tomorrow, but I thought I'd see if anybody has experienced this before. In the pictures, it looks like more than 2 bars are lit up, but it's just the brighter ones in the middle.
