Anyone seen one yet? Haibike ALLMTN CF 10 TRN/IQ 2025 Pinion

There’s a bit over on endless-sphere.com about running in new cells and their management systems. Certainly every pack I have built I have charged to 80% down to 20% a few times and then fully discharged recharged them before going out on the bikes, seems as though that is paying off by the longevity I’m getting.

Yet plenty report battery abuse (100% charging and leaving charged) without any noticeable degradation so who knows, anyway this is diverging from the subject of the CF10 TRN/IQ which we all want more feedback on!

I don't have the ability to weigh it and tbh anything over 20kgs and I'm struggling to lift it over a fence anyway.
But just back from Cademuir. Kermit and Miss Piggy done.
I've been out almost every day over the last 3 weeks and I'm loving it.
My only concern (probably too strong a word) is how much charge I'm losing passively. But it hasn't sat for more than 2 nights without getting used yet. I suspect it might be a trade off with having a charge to store mode. Time will tell.

Great you are using it so much.

How you finding the noise in the 2 big gear jumps?

Are you finding the suspension capable enough for up there and Golfie?

Slightly clunkier than the other changes but still pretty slick. I tend to ease off a fraction if changing under load on any of the gear changes. But only briefly, very different to a derailleur change.

If you are sensitive to noise it's more likely to be the noisy assistance in gears 1 to 4 that'll bother you. But I feel like I'm getting more torque than the full fat Levo in gears 1-4. And the gear range is excellent.

And it's eerie quiet on the descent or coasting so swings and roundabouts.

Well this bike is finally getting a bit of love from Rob himself. Thoughts:
  1. Seems to negotiate some of the most brutal testing grounds I've seen Rob put a bike thru.
  2. As expected, cribbing regarding noise and low gears though I forgot about the huge 600% ratio to help contend with it.
  3. Suspension superlatives in the downhills, as expected, from belt drive/gearbox designs.
  4. Really am not a fan of the undermounted Pinion belt tensioner that begs for its own bash guard. Nicolai didn't buy into it as a counterpoint.
  5. Best looking Haibike by a mile, but then again that's not saying much.
  6. Lighter than Saturn by more than a modest amount
  7. Welcome any new MGU bike to the market as this sector needs to get past its growing pains to attract leaner, improved MGU designs.
 
You still enjoying it mate? I don’t know whether to go Haibike 10 Pinion, keep my Levo or swap it for a Mondraker crafty although a reliable Bosch sounds less feel orientate than my Levo? All help gratefully received!
