Unfortunately my employer limits our Cycle To Work scheme at £3000, I've now got a voucher for that value and I think I'd like an EMTB. Ideally full suspension and with some semi-decent components. I currently ride an acoustic trail bike which is a Canyon Neuron and I really enjoy it so probably looking for something similar but electrified! I'm 6ft 3" so need something on the bigger side.

I've been looking around and have seen a 2024 Orbea Rise H30 for that, there is also the H20 for £300 more which looks better as the components are a step up. I wonder if I might be able to come to some sort of agreement with the retailer if I wanted that one 😉

Any other suggestions, anything else I should be looking at, any views on the Orbea? All comments welcome thanks.

MBR seem happy with the decathlon ebike. Although I've no idea how much it is, I'm sure it won't be expensive 🫰

The Gen 3 levo with 2025 Marzochi suspension is a great deal
Just phone around and ask if there willing to let "top up" and pay the extra
Some shops do some don't
If you don't ask you will never know

How about the Norco Fluid VLT? It's currently under £3,000 at Winstanley Bikes. My first-ever post, by the way. I hope it helps.

You'll find you have limited options at that price. Depending on the bike shop, discount and voucher scheme you may find there is a surcharge of 5-10% to use the voucher.

Technically topping up causes ownership issues. If you are happy to spend more try asking your employer for a higher limit?

Thanks, funnily enough I was looking at that but Winstanleys is not listed on the Cyclescheme website and they don't mention cycle to work schemes anywhere on their website.

Thanks, I'll find out where my local Specialized dealers are.

Higher limit would be nice but I work for a big company and they don't make changes to policies on an individual basis unfortunately. 😭

If I were you, I would think again about whether you need a FS. I think you will get a better and more functional HT or city rigid bike. And if you often descend on stones, roots, .... then 3000 is not much money, so we go back to HT.
