For any of you going nuts looking for the creaking noise?
I solved mine on my new bike with a bit of packing under the 2 prongs on the battery top mount.
Slacken the 2 security bolts 2 turns so the bracket can move ,you will need the torx key with the hole in for this.
Look in frame and where the 2 prongs are you need to push a bit of packing here..so the prongs don't rub the frame.
25mm wide 40mm long 2-3 mm thick.
You need long tweezers for this.
I used fish tank tweezers 400mm long perfect tool
Once fitted nip up the bolts and pop battery back in and that's it..no more
I hate creaking bikes..
