the problem is the shipping and the time to receive it....also the material is really cheap so even the new one would last very little It's a shame because I'm very happy with the bike, I really like it, I haven't ridden my Levo since I got this one!

Very strange how it broke, usually the stem attachment breaks, not the eye. Maybe it's just an impression, but isn't that spring too short?
