It was probably locked anyway, you said that input and output are both dead, cells are out of balance and bike doesn't turn on. Mine is different, bike turns on but won't drive (probably voltage is too low) and there's voltage on discharge connector. Just don't have time to open and start...

Similar issue here (although I don't remember shorting it by accident, could be water), not charging but have output voltage (33V), turns on BLOKS display when switched on (and 3 out of 5 LEDs are green and stable, not flashing). Haven't opened the battery yet, but if I understood correctly it...
