For yellow few LBS I asked said atleast a year wait time (this was in July).
Even asked Trek about the Project One, but got no info when it comes.

Pretty much same experience as Balboa.
Wheels, chain, chainslap protection off and also my first time.
I took also battery off to make it lighter for stand, but not necessary.
Hardest piece was the big downtube piece and it would be easier without fork, but can be done without removing it.
Here is my beauty. Have had little less than 2 weeks. Completely stock 9.7 except came with Code R breaks instead of Shimano M6100.

Seems like most of the bikes to Finland got pushed to March 2023.
That specific LBS I had asked for 9.7 and 9.8XT.
Other LBS I contacted said they would get 1 XL sized bike would be coming this month (no idea which spec) and L sized 9.7 would be coming at the start of November.
3rd company I checked today had 3.10. date on their website for 9.7 in M, L and...
