Yes, they sent me a complete wheel, without tire, and brake disc ofc. New and shiny, hopefully a good one! Everyone can make errors and so on.. But far from all companys are so eager to get things right. E13 service is more then good so far, and that makes me very pleased and not afraid to buy...

First i got a new freehub after 5 days. And i dont think thats a problem. I asked for axel++ Replayed and told them.. "Hey! where is my axel and bricks and spacer etc.?" 5 days later axel appears without spacers and bricks. Told them, no more hassels please. Send a new complete rim. 5 days later...

Its easy, just remove the back wheel. Then take a wrench and something suitable to hold the cog-side axel och unscrew and pull it out and smear it with lube. I will keep you guys updated if new axel works better.

Ive had the same problem, did do what the text said and it fixed the problem for a while. Then the noise was back again. Mailed e13 and told them. So new axel etc is on the way. I refuse to regrease my hub every 5 rides. So e13 said we gonna solve this problem 100%. I trust them!

Was that replay ment to me fatbap?

I did get most of the annyoing sound away. Now my bike seems to creak when i apply alot or pressure uphill. Lets say i put on boost and 2nd gear. Sounds like the creaking comes from the rear of the bike. Atleast its not my pedals or crankarms... Any clues?

@Stewface is it hard for a newbie to get into that hub? Im kinda new to ebikes and hubs etc. But i also have this sound. And its annoying. Took 5 rides and the sound came.. I must remove the cogs? Thanks!

Thanks for a fast replay, seems i understood something right then, kinda new to this. May i ask if your working on fixing so that 4.7.1 will work as the 4.3.2 with max speed/mode?

VadII. Thinking of buying the stunlock license... But i have some questions, to see if i get it right. I got e8000 motor and a e7000 display And version is the newest 4.7.1 Is it correct i can not downgrade to 4.3.2 with e7000 display on my bike? If thats correct. Is my only way to get bike...
