I wouldnt bother unless you use your bike for pathway commuting, for off road it eats battery and is very powerful, maybe too much so. It tries to keep you at a constant speed.
I got out last night, had a hell of a laugh because the conditions were so bad and the cow pat field were so wet, splashy and sinky! Found a cool tunnell under the rail line, that got gradually smaller! The halfway stop for a pint was welcomed though.
