We just released a new video about how the Typhon was developed

The VMG bikes Typhon has been around for a while now. Modern Enduro geometry.

We have FC1.0 with the firmware we developed with Bafang that fixes the cutouts. We have a few versions with different amounts of overrun and power We also have a limited number of FC2.0 that customers can upgrade to.

I've never ridden an M620, but have ridden M500, M510, M600 and BBSHD. It really depends on the type of trails you ride. For tight and technical single trail, and M600 is overkill, but if you ride more fire/double trail an M600 would work well. An M510 on Level 5 is too much power on tight...

I agree Bafang need to keep customers happy, and they have taken the first step by dedicating resource and fixing the motor. However as a business they need to manage how it is distributed for many reasons such risk, liability, and also version control. I understand why they don't freely...
