Make sure you don't use Auto-Mode and turn down Launch as it eats up battery quickly.

I had mine replaced because of overheating issues and it's been fine since then.
FYI: with the latest SmartGateway Update 20240314000 the Motor-Settings are not lost anymore if you remove the Battery. Tested it with two different Bikes and four Batteries, and even after 72h all my Settings for Assitance, Torque and Launch are still in place.

I don't worry to much about it. The health is a "best-guess-effort" of the App reading the Data from the BMA.
If you want full details, ask your dealer for a service report. It includes the full details like remaining WH etc.

Yep, I had the Problem with the bike not turining on just the other day.
I've stored the battery inside the house, and after I put it into the bike this didn't want to turn on.
Removed the battery, pressed the battery button on the battery, and put it back on the bike.

Corrosion. The connectors have become wet / moisty for an extended period of time.
Try to clean it with a rag and some Alcohol.
Next time your bike becomes wet remove the battery.
You can use some dielectric grease or something else to protect the connectors.
