Just got the BLT with the Race Motor and yes, there is a little bit of rattle but not bad. I've tested the DJI Avinox in the AMFLOW and it also has some rattle.

Just use the BOSCH App to swap RACE with TURBO and adjust the Modes as needed.

In my case, a spoke was broken and stuck in the cassette so that the free hub mechanism no longer worked. In this situation, the chainring was spinning all the time. Maybe a bad free hub could be the problem? Can you try a different rear wheel?
