I use the latest DPC245 firmware as well, but it overshoots. There is a big delay, if you stop pedalling. It's the Bafang controller and this is not tunable by the GO+ app.
I'm sure @VMG Chris exactly knows about this issue. How is the overshoot on M510? I've never experienced something like...
Hey I saw that VMG is using the M510 and I'm very interested to tune mine as well. I'm not satisfied and want to have my M560 tuned, like their M510. Does anybody know whether they are planning to release an M560 with VMG-tune?
IOT+ / IOT- pins are new.
And they certainly changed a few other things, like moving components and adding filtering capacitors for voltage stablization. (left is M560 january, right is M560 before that)
And obviously they corrected the naming:
From what I can tell so far: Looks pretty much the same. Can you send images from the downside of the controller? Be carefull to not rip the cooling paste-pad appart. There is something like ECU_M560_BAFANG_.....
Also you need to count the gears. I did that on mine and placed it in my Mxxx sheet.
Chili just posted about it, on her Facebook, that she has the new stock. I can't believe Bafang really changed anything, until I see the controller.
I received the newest firmware and for 750W they limited it to 25A instead of 30A. And the bootloader for 750W is 0x74, so it can't be easily...
@Verdo07 I never heard of an "DPE 181" and I clearly explained it before: only IOT, DPC245 and DPC010 support GO+! If you want to combine it with an "non-GO+" display, you gonna need the IOT device. But it's untested and I cant tell how well it works. Having the BESST dongle is helpful anyways...
I'm running my M560 motors with 52V batteries. Sadly there are no 52V firmware files for these motors. Has anyone figured out how to switch from percent (%) to voltage (v) in order to see info about the state when using 52V batteries?
