Good news! Hope you’re up & running ASAP. Canyon’s customer service isn’t that bad in my opinion (I own 3 Canyons) the service center on the other hand isn’t what I’m expecting from it. Iff you find a LBS close to you that wants to work on the bike you’re golden ;)

Not unhappy with the fit4 but there is a price difference between the two, that’s what bothers me the most... Adressed it at canyon, hoping to get a discount :P

Also just received my spectral on 9.0 and had a first short test ride. Love how it rides :) What bugs me out tough is that one of the highlights says it comes with a grip2 fork but it actually comes with a fit4... Not that it’s bad but would’ve loved the the adjustability of the grip2

The charger was hidden in one of the cardboard pieces in my box, could easily be overlooked... I’m sure you already looked in all the nooks and crannies but if you haven’t be sure to do so ;)

I had the same error message, Unplugging the controller did the trick for me! Thanks for the helpful info!

Found this thread on the forum and it worked: E-TUBE help please - EMTB Forums Ridiculous that their own hardware isn’t supported... unplugging the e7000 controller did the trick for me.
