I ordered one three months ago and in 4 days I had it (NL). You will just need to update firmware because that in engine work only with sc8000 display.

firmware of your motor is not compitabile with display. probably you have version 4.32, this is working only with SC-8000 display. You need to update motor. You can switch displays if you have also sc8000, make update and switch them back.

Hello everybody, my Scott have same issue probably. I have also error E010 but it come only if bike stay for 10-20 seconds. For me that mean that cannot stop pedaling 😁 I also cleaned all contacts, change display and switch but still same issue. Have you any idea why it happened?

My is moving about 3mm. I think that is normal. Better check chain, my was dead after 1000km (Sram). After change and new set up of rear drailer is all in normal again.
