I mentioned it a few pages ago but my contact at a dealer said that he was told the power will be locked down to 750 watts for legal reasons. But he's just a dealer, It's just what he heard so he doesn't really know for certain.

Because I was very interested in one and have been closely following the thread. It's also heavy. Honestly if I wanted that bike, the Norco Ranger VLT is much better quality, weight distribution, overall weight and nearly identical in geo, suspension, etc.

I have a nice bike stand, unfortunately it's tough to carry any of these solutions on my bike rides which is when I typically flip my bikes over for maintenance. Thinking I might just remove the e-bike switch from the handlebars to solve the damage issue entirely.
