SZZS CEF69 Build with New Bafang M510 3.0 version

How are you finding it? Good handling? good downhill? For the cover on the rear seatstay you can check pics in the CEF50 thread, I did one out of an old mtb tube

SZZS CEF69 Build with New Bafang M510 3.0 version

Two year warranty. I've had 2 CEF50 and never had an issue and I ride proper enduro. If i'm not wrong there was just one failure on a seatstay and was covered by warranty, only shipping costs had to be paid. Im ordering now 2 CEF69 since the communication and reliability from szzs is top notch...

    new cef55 frame

Replying myself to help with this info: Leverage ratio: 2.9->2.27 for 165mm rear travel @65mm stroke on CEF69 (22%, works with Air or coil) 2.9->2.33 for 142mm rear travel on CEF55 @55mm stroke (19.6%, ideal for air shock)

SZZS CEF69 Build with New Bafang M510 3.0 version

4.5mm longer, hence with a 27.5 wheel it's 13.5mm taller which should keep the BB height only 2mm lower than with 29"

SZZS CEF69 Build with New Bafang M510 3.0 version

If anyone from Spain that has a CEF69 wants to test it, let me know i'll send you the 3d printed yoke piece for free and explain you how to test and measure, if everything's ok the idea is to make them available in aluminum for actual use

    Just purchased a 2022 rise h30, do I need a cascade link?

Hey, just ensure the cascade link is compatible with you H30, in my opinion is an amazing upgrade, moving it to 160/160 makes it really capable if you will push it hard. Did something similar with an Occam and the change was quite notable for good

SZZS CEF69 Build with New Bafang M510 3.0 version

Ready to print the 27.5" yoke. If someone is from EU (even better Spain) and has a CEF69 that wants to try the 3d print to measure the BB height with a 27.5" just let me know and i'll send it to you. This is only to test, a 3d printed yoke is not usable in real life!! (but if it works then an...

SZZS CEF69 Build with New Bafang M510 3.0 version

This is amazing. So with all this info I can finish the link. I'll be creating two versions, one that has a flipchip and one 100% for 27.5 and share the STEP files after I 3d print it and test it. This means that maybe Jean can offer them or anyone can just use a mill printing online service to...

SZZS CEF69 Build with New Bafang M510 3.0 version

That's really useful, thanks! Tbh for what I see it can move at least 5mm that'd mean that BB height would be almost the same as with 29". (is the distance between the yellow lines, both hole centers displacement)

SZZS CEF69 Build with New Bafang M510 3.0 version

Exact, but I don't know how much can that go down. Design looks almost the same as my CEF50 down there, even I believe seatstays are all the same for CEF50, CEF69 and CEF55

SZZS CEF69 Build with New Bafang M510 3.0 version

Green is the one that i'm designing it to be longer/flip chip. But for that to know how longer can be is what patdam say below, need to know what's the limit before the seatstay makes contact with the frame
