Rear shock compatible with Wild 2022

Hello. I own a 2022 Orbea Wild equipped with a Fox X2 shock. After experiencing cavitation problems, I now have a leak and I don't want to continue riding this piece of junk (like many others...) ! The problem is the frame size (S/M), specifically the bottom of the seat tube. The Float X and...

Which shock on a RISE LT?

I installed the Vivid ultimate AIR. I was having difficulty finding a spring that suited me.

Which shock on a RISE LT?

I simply bought the Vivid Ultimate and installed it. No specific adjustments were needed. It calmed the rear triangle. The bike felt more planted. I sold the DHX.

Orbea Wild 2026 MX ? What do you think about ?

Thanks for your feedback. Feel free to add more once you've ridden it further. I'd like to know if the bike has improved downhill capabilities, in particular. Is there an advantage on technical and rough trails? I imagine there must be some improvement in terms of handling. But what about comfort ?

Orbea Wild 2026 MX ? What do you think about ?

Hi everyone. I'm the proud owner of a full 29" Orbea Wild M Team 2026. I'd like to hear the feedback from people who own this bike in MX format. I use my Wild on steep and challenging natural trails (no bike parks). Does the MX format offer anything compared to the full 29" ? Perhaps greater...

modification of shock travel rise LT 2025

End yet, the fact of having gone back to the Orbea Wild with 10 mm more travel at the front and rear, with a 38 fork and an enduro type geometry solved the problem....

modification of shock travel rise LT 2025

Your comment is particularly interesting because it confirms the feeling I have with this bike : The impression that the rear end is fragile, light, and not very capable. I'm not very heavy: 85 kg fully equipped. But it's far from light. Over time, I've had to, as you indicate, choose my lines...

Hello everyone. I'm asking the question, but I think I know the answer ;): Is it possible to install a FOX 36 Gripx2 cartridge in a Fox 38 fork ? THX !

modification of shock travel rise LT 2025

Thanks everyone for your advice. I should have thought more about this when I was buying a year ago. But at the time, I didn't have the commitment or the experience to tell me that a centimeter of travel could be that important….

modification of shock travel rise LT 2025

First of all, thank you for your reply. I installed a Vivid AIR. I think I made a HUGE mistake buying this Orbea Rise. I immediately felt that this coil shock quickly reached its limits on fast, bumpy sections. I switched to the VIVID, which made an improvement but not enough. As explained...

modification of shock travel rise LT 2025

Hello. After a year of using my Rise 2025, my riding style has evolved. I ride faster, and on rough terrain, the shock absorber doesn't keep up. I'm running out of travel. I've tried every possible adjustment, without success. Do you think it's possible to install a longer-travel shock ? I...
