just seen this post now, i know its late but i have a 19 kenevo expert and my thread looks the same, also the thread in the frame has worn and the bolt will not tighten anymore.

there is also a black thing with sram written on it, not sure what it is but i use it to reset pistons in calipers when changing pads, if anyone knows different please let me know.

its a spacer for your chain guide , it took me ages to work out what it was. it already has one installed but i took it off as my chain was rubbing.

i have a 2019 kenevo expert which recently like you mentioned riding on rd a lot, i started to hear a clicking noise. just like a headset but checked it and the noise was still there , eventually today i traced it to the ohlins coil shock somewhere, stripped it off the bike, cleaned it...

Think i might go back to a simple hardtail after.

I have the same issue with a kenevo, parked up for two weeks and now cranks jammed solid. Will not pedal backwards, going in for a replacement motor with another two years warranty, thats after 900miles riding through shit weather.

So how do we prevent this from happening in the future?
